Aldon Community Manager is a multi-faceted tool capable of embracing your company’s service desk, issue tracking and incident management requirements. This screenshot is of the Aldon Community Manager’s home page for a service desk project. You can easily view, filter, and report on any issue through user-defined filters, reports and dashboard elements. The panel on the bottom shows a high level summary of the selected issues, including, for example, the assignment, priority, and the status of each ticket.
