How it Works

Aldon Community Manager enters all change requests and incident reports into a central repository. Its built-in workflow engine routes those change requests or incidents as tasks and assigns them to appropriate staff members for review, approval and/or fulfillment. As these tasks are completed, Aldon Community Manager automatically updates the status and moves them into the next workflow stage. You have the ability to track time, cost, and other pertinent information about activities.

For application development, Aldon Community Manager can pass information to Aldon Lifecycle Manager in order to manage development tasks and change management request. For IT services, Aldon Community Manager integrates with Aldon CMDB and other configuration management databases.
